Mr. Kevin Gardner, Mr. Francisco Higoy, Mr. Kyle Castaneda, Mr. Steve Comtiag introduced the following bill, which was referred to the House Committee on Research and Technology.
A BILL
to allow federal funding for embryonic stem cell research.
Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Reperesentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short Title.
This act may be cited as the "Stem Cell Funding Act."
