Palin vs. Biden

The vice presidential debate took place at Washington State University in St. Louis and consisted of moderator Gwen Ifill, Governor Sarah Palin and Joe Biden. Myself along with many viewers of the vice presidential debate felt that both participants suprisingly matched up equally. I watched the very beginning of the debate and when they were first introduced it seemed as if both participants wanted to get the handshake over with as soon as possible. Going into the debate news reporters and journalists said Senator Biden would dominate the competition and Governor Palin would just stand there and look pretty. It suprised me that Governor Palin did not live up to the media's expectations, having a whole lot of confidence and speaking with poise matching every topic thrown at her and Senator Biden. The first couple of topics dealt with the economy and were followed by the tax policy. During the subject of tax policies Governor Palin said Senator Barack Obama along with Senator Biden voted for the largest tax increase in U.S. history which Senator Biden concluded was not true at all. Overall Palin constantly says she is working with "Mavericks", the debate proved Palin can give others a run for their money and she should start wearing some other outfits because i'm starting to lose interest -_-
